The client is a fast growing mid sized E-Learning solutions provider. It was keen to map current levels of employee engagement and actions to improve the engagement levels. Inqubex initiated this assignment by helping the client prioritize areas of concern to be tested in the engagement survey. This was based on the Inqubex methodology for assessing employee engagement. A questionnaire was then designed and validated with the client. The validated engagement survey was branded, technology enabled and the e-survey rolled out across the organization. Care was taken to agree to the different analysis cuts with the client prior to rollout and the survey responses were analyzed in line with cuts (Age, Gender, tenure, Function, location etc.). A final analysis report with key action areas was presented to the client leadership. Based on priority areas and employee segments, follow up focus group discussion were carried out to add meat to the employee perceptions. A final action planning report was then submitted to the client.
