Our Offices

IN3X has a pan India focus and delivery capability across the length and breadth of the country. In the past we have delivered consulting engagements in all the metropolitan centres as well as remote, upcountry locations in Orissa and interior Maharashtra. The services are delivered through consulting teams centred in our offices in Gurgaon and Mumbai as well as a network of business associates in other major cities.

Our Team

Nitin Dheer
Nitin Dheer is the founder of and Lead Consultant at IN3X.
He has over 20 years of professional experience in HR consulting with leading consulting organizations in India, the UK and the Middle East and HR operations experience with leading Services and FMCG organizations in India. Educated at XLRI Jamshedpur and Delhi University, Nitin has consulted with leading organizations across Financial Services, Automotive, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Professional Services, Oil & Gas, IT and ITES industries.Prior to his work with IN3X, Nitin was a principal with Mercer Consulting, a Senior Consultant with Capgemini UK and a HR executive with Arthur Andersen and ITC Ltd. — all organizations dedicated to catalyzing and driving superior performance in the workplace. In addition to his consulting work, Nitin is also an accomplished faculty speaker and writer. He has co-authored the Mercer book, Managing Business in Asia and drove the Best Companies to Work for in India study between 2004-05. Nitin lives in Gurgaon, enjoys rock music and long drives, and Goa is his favorite getaway.
Justin Cherian
Justin is based out of the Gurgaon office, with over 9 years of professional experience in different areas of HR, such as Talent Management, Learning & Development and Change Management. Having completed his MBA from IIM Calcutta, Justin brings strong analytic, ideation and deployment skills to the team. Prior to joining IN3X Justin worked with the Corporate Learning & Organization Development team at Essar, one of India’s leading infrastructure conglomerates. Outside of his time with IN3X, Justin is an avid follower of the arts, taking a keen interest in music, painting and photography.
Radhika Khattar

Radhika is based out of the Gurgaon office. She brings with her broad-based HR expertise, with 10 years of Corporate Experience across Global and Indian MNCs and industries. She holds an MBA in Human Resources from SCMHRD, and a degree in Applied Psychology (Hons) from Delhi University, and is a Certified Coach (ACC). She has worked across India in various HR roles at Wipro Ltd, Pepsico India and Castrol India. Her work experience has given her a strong background in Talent Management, Business Partnering, Mentoring and Coaching. A passionate professional, she works with a focus on delivery with impact.
Outside of work, she is an avid traveler, loves dancing and calls herself an “experiencer”.

Amit Johari

Amit Johari is a Lead Consultant at IN3X and leads our Mumbai operations.
He has over 22 years of experience across multiple industries – Global Logistics, Data Analytics, Financial Services, Information Technology & Outsourcing and Manufacturing – right from start-up to mature phases.
A competent HR Leader, with a good combination of Global HR Leadership and HR Consulting experience, he has demonstrated his expertise in fueling organization effectiveness and delivering clear, impactful results in a wide range of business scenarios.
His strengths include HR Transformation, Organization Restructuring, Integration & Change Management, Employee Engagement, Talent & Reward Management, HR Systems & Operations, and Employee Relations.
He has been part of organizations like HUL, Oracle, Accenture, Genpact, Fractal, as well as EY People & Organization Consulting, where some of his clients included RIL, Welspun, WNS, Serco and Allcargo etc.
A B.Tech. from IIT Delhi and an MBA from XLRI, he is passionate about building robust operating models, effective organization structures, resilient and adaptive HR processes, and high-performance cultures.
Outside of work, he is an avid cinema buff as well as a foodie, with interests spanning across regions and countries.

Mrityunjay Sharma

Mrityunjay brings with him 5 years of experience in Organization Design, Change Management, Performance Management and Compensation. He holds an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur and a BE degree from BIT Mesra. He leverages his strong business understanding when approaching complex HR problems. Prior to IN3X, Mrityunjay worked with Asian Paints in diverse Business and Corporate HR roles, including New Business Acquisition & Integration, Learning & Development, among others. His breadth of experience also covers Govt. Consulting and the start-up space. When not working, Mrityunjay likes to immerse himself in his eclectic collection of books and movies.

Meghna Chowdhury
Meghna is based out of the Gurgaon office. In her time with IN3X she has worked across engineering, manufacturing, automotive, Information Technology and Telecom sectors amongst others. Her consulting experience spans HR policy and process design, competency based applications and assessments and talent management interventions. Educated at Jesus and Mary College and the Arts Faculty in Delhi University, Meghna has completed her Masters in Psychology, majoring in Developmental Psychology and Organizational Behavior. Prior to joining IN3X, Meghna has worked in the navigation and location based services industry as a Team Leader.

Meghna brings strong communication, project delivery and research capabilities to the table. Fond of cooking, Meghna spends her spare time experimenting with new cuisines (both consumption and creation) and plans to open a restaurant in the future.

Triansha Tandan

Based out of the Gurgaon office, Triansha brings over 13 years of experience in the Learning and Development space. She is an ICF certified Coach and supports clients in the areas of Behavioural Competency Development, Communications and Coaching. She is a member of the Indian Society for Applied and Behavioural Sciences (ISABS), and has facilitated workshops, designed and executed communication strategies and coached individuals in corporations, social enterprises and educational institutions for over a decade. With certifications in Hogan Assessments and Psychodrama, and training in improvisational theatre, her high impact facilitation skills help teams develop on areas such as Teamwork, EQ, Executive Presence, Performance Coaching & Feedback, etc.
In her leisure time, she finds being in the kitchen therapeutic, is a voracious reader, a great believer in meditation and an enthusiastic participant in improv jams and other theatre-related activities.

Rati Razdan

Based out of Mumbai, Rati has extensive experience across domains of HR. In her 8+ years of experience, she has worked in a variety of HR roles specializing in Talent Management, Employee Life Cycle Management, Job Analysis and Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Learning & Organization Development.
She has worked with organizations like CMC (TCS), Mahindra & Mahindra (AFS), TechProcess Payment Services (Ingenico Group) and Marigold People Management Services – a start-up consulting firm. She holds a degree in Management from Narsee Monjee College, Mumbai University and a Masters degree in Industrial Psychology from SNDT University.
Outside of work she loves to eat, travel, read, listen to music, watch sports, analyze handwriting and spend time developing the younger generation.

Vaidehi Joshi

Vaidehi is based out of Mumbai and holds a Masters degree from Symbiosis International University, Pune. With over 11 years of experience, including 8 years across the HR value chain – from Talent Acquisition to Organization Design-Development and Diversity & Inclusion – she brings with her a sound understanding of business operations and Strategic HR Management.
Prior to IN3X, Vaidehi was a Consultant with the Group HR team at Tata Sons, driving key OD and D&I initiatives across group companies.
Outside of work, Vaidehi enjoys driving, traveling to & exploring new destinations, and attending live music concerts.

Rupali Kaul

Based out of the Mumbai Office, Rupali is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across industries. In her 9+ years of experience she has worked in a gamut of HR roles specializing in Talent Management, Employee Life Cycle Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Diversity & Inclusivity. She has worked with organizations like Infosys, Tata Teleservices, HCL BPO, and AkzoNobel, among others.
She holds a degree in Economics from Delhi University and MBA degree in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS), Pune.
Outside of work she is an avid traveller, loves to watch movies and spend time with family and friends.

Karishma Banaji

Karishma is based out of the Gurgaon office, with over 12 years of cross geography experience (India, APAC and Middle East), across Talent and Performance Management, Org Design, Leadership Assessment and Development, Employee Engagement and Career Management. This experience has been across multiple industries including Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services and Tourism in a variety of challenging client situations. She has worked as a consultant with Aon and over the last few years as an independent HR consultant.
She holds an MBA from MDI Gurgaon, specializing in Human Resources and is MBTI™ certified.
Karishma has strong planning, process focus and execution ability along with being able to influence critical stakeholders and mentoring people.
Outside of work she pursues her passion for music – playing the saxophone and enjoys travelling.

Sindhu Thakur

Based in the Gurgaon office, Sindhu holds an MBA degree from Amity Business School Noida, specializing in Human Resources. She brings over 8 years of experience specializing in Talent Management, Business Partnering and Learning & Development working across IT, ITES and Banking & Financial Services industries. Prior to joining IN3X, Sindhu was working as an Internal Consultant with Tata Sons Ltd.

Payal Misra
Payal is based out of the Mumbai office, and holds a MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur, specializing in Human Resources. With a career spanning over 14 years, Payal is a senior HR leader, having led the HR function at Nielsen in the past and worked in various HR and Talent Management roles across Arthur Andersen, SBI Capital, Accenture, Tata AIG, ICICI Prudential, amongst others. She has extensive experience across Organization Design and Development, Talent Management and Rewards. She is also a certified ACC Coach from International Coach Federation, certified on tools including Belbin Team Roles, DISC, OPQ and FIRO-B.
Varun Chaudhary

Based in the Mumbai office, Varun has over 5 years of experience in areas such as Organization Design, Performance Management and Employee Engagement. With degrees from Babson College, Boston and IMT Ghaziabad, Varun brings strong people sensing and analytic skills to the team. Prior to joining IN3X, Varun was an OD Consultant with UltraTech Cement conceptualizing and implementing organization effectiveness interventions across the firm. Outside of work, Varun is passionate about sports and cinema and has an eclectic taste in music.
