Our Offices

IN3X has a pan India focus and delivery capability across the length and breadth of the country. In the past we have delivered consulting engagements in all the metropolitan centres as well as remote, upcountry locations in Orissa and interior Maharashtra. The services are delivered through consulting teams centred in our offices in Gurgaon and Mumbai as well as a network of business associates in other major cities.

Our Team

Nitin Dheer
Nitin Dheer is the founder of and Lead Consultant at IN3X.
He has over 22 years of professional experience in HR consulting with leading consulting organizations in India, the UK and the Middle East and HR operations experience with leading Services and FMCG organizations in India. Educated at XLRI Jamshedpur and Delhi University, Nitin has consulted with leading organizations across Financial Services, Automotive, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Professional Services, Oil & Gas, IT and ITES industries.Prior to his work with IN3X, Nitin was a principal with Mercer Consulting, a Senior Consultant with Capgemini UK and a HR executive with Arthur Andersen and ITC Ltd. — all organizations dedicated to catalyzing and driving superior performance in the workplace. In addition to his consulting work, Nitin is also an accomplished faculty speaker and writer. He has co-authored the Mercer book, Managing Business in Asia and drove the Best Companies to Work for in India study between 2004-05. Nitin lives in Gurgaon, enjoys rock music and long drives, and Goa is his favorite getaway.
Mukul Rastogi

Ms. Mukul Rastogi is a Consultant and Advisor in the Social Sector and in Human Resources. She brings with her strong background and expertise in both CSR and HR, with three decades of strategic and diverse experience.

Prior to venturing out on her own, Mukul has held leadership positions across Business verticals of ITC Limited. Her last assignment was as Vice President – Social Investments for ITC Limited where she led interventions pertaining to Women Empowerment, Health, Sanitation, Solid Waste Management, Education and Skilling, pan India. In this stint, she focused on enabling sustainability of interventions, drove strategic multi-stakeholder partnerships for large scale amplification and also led Research & Communication.

Mukul completed her Masters in Personnel Management from TISS in 1989 and joined ITC Limited from Campus in the Human Resources function. She has handled a gamut of HR responsibilities ranging from Industrial Relations to Performance and Talent Management across multiple businesses of ITC Limited. Prior to moving to Social Investments function, Mukul was the Vice- President – Human Resources and a member of the Management Committee of ITC’s Lifestyle Retailing Business.
During the course of her career, Mukul has been a member of the HR Committee of Retailers Association of India, CII National Committee on Education and CII National Committee on Women Empowerment.

Mukul is also a qualified and practising Regression Therapist and in her spare time, an avid traveller.

Justin Cherian
Justin is a Partner at IN3X and brings over 13 years of professional experience in different areas of HR, such as Talent Management, Learning & Development and Change Management. Having completed his MBA from IIM Calcutta, Justin brings strong analytic, ideation and deployment skills to the team. Prior to joining IN3X Justin worked with the Corporate Learning & Organization Development team at Essar, one of India’s leading infrastructure conglomerates. Outside of his time with IN3X, Justin is an avid follower of the arts, taking a keen interest in music, painting and photography.
Srayasi Ghosh

Srayasi Ghosh is a Content Specialist working on competency & psychometric assessments tailor-made to client requirements across industries. She is an Industrial Psychologist and brings over 4 years’ experience in the domains of Organization Analysis, Training and Development, Employee Wellness and Talent Management. She holds a Masters’ from University of Calcutta with a specialization in Organizational and Environmental Psychology.

Srayasi is a trained Meditative Art Therapy practitioner (under Dr Roxanne Daleo, Co-chair of the education resource committee in IEATA), an NLP Practitioner and an emotional intelligence specialist with interest in Transactional Analysis, Enneagram assessment & International Leadership and Organizational Behaviour.

Outside of work she takes an active interest in art and dance.

Ankit Abrol

Ankit has over 10 years of professional experience across Strategy Research and Advisory, Talent Consulting and HR Leadership roles. He has expertise across Leadership Development, Talent Management, Organization Development, Employee Experience and Employer Branding and has worked with marquee clients across Tech, IT/ITeS, Pharma, FMCG and BFSI. Ankit is a graduate in Economics from University of Delhi and a post graduate in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.

In his earlier roles, Ankit was General Manager, L&OD and Talent Management at Swiggy, where he designed Leadership Development Journeys, Talent Management Process and Managerial Effectiveness interventions. Prior to that, he led business development and client solutioning at Aon. He spearheaded Aon Best Employers India Study 2019 and go-to market strategy of Employee Value Proposition solution. He has also worked with Zensar Technologies, where he crafted the EVP, Competency Framework, Culture Integration Framework.

Outside IN3X, Ankit is working on building his Education venture on 21st century learning.

Sajid Shamim

An entrepreneur since August 2012, Sajid has launched and run startups ranging from branded footwear to customized apparel to augmented reality products. A senior business pro Sajid brings over 25 years of expertise in Sales, market and running P/Ls. Starting his career with Coca Cola in Sales in 1998, he moved to Reebok in 2000 and spent more than a decade working across Sales and Marketing roles including the Director of Sales, Marketing & Product, finally ending his stint as the Brand Director post Reebok’s merger with Adidas. This period saw Reebok becoming the number one brand in the country in its category.

As part of his entrepreneurial journey, he has been setting up new functions and businesses & gaining invaluable experience in business strategy/planning (long term/short term), fund management and people management. A MBA qualification from XLRI Jamshedpur & Leadership learnings at INSEAD have academically facilitated this business leader’s remarkable journey.

Sajid adds business muscle to the Inqubex leadership and directs a lot of our work in the startup ecosystem. He also guides several Inqubex retail and consumer goods clients in branding, sales and marketing interventions.

Mrityunjay Sharma

Mrityunjay brings with him over 7 years of experience in Organization Design, Change Management, Performance Management and Compensation. He holds an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur and a BE degree from BIT Mesra. He leverages his strong business understanding when approaching complex HR problems. Prior to IN3X, Mrityunjay worked with Asian Paints in diverse Business and Corporate HR roles, including New Business Acquisition & Integration, Learning & Development, among others. His breadth of experience also covers Govt. Consulting and the start-up space. When not working, Mrityunjay likes to immerse himself in his eclectic collection of books and movies.

Richa Narwal

Richa brings with her rich experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Manpower Planning & Employer Branding. She holds an MBA from MDI Gurgaon, specializing in Human Resources, and a B.Tech. in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) from Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology. She has also completed an Executive Education program in HR Management & Analytics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Prior to IN3X Richa has worked with Axis Bank and Bharti Airtel Ltd. Richa brings excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills with a successful track record of contributions focused on increasing organizational effectiveness. She has been a part of the international community for the last 10 years, working with several volunteer groups. She is a globetrotter and loves painting.

Nabeela Moinuddin

Nabeela is a Consultant based out of our Delhi NCR office. She has over 10 years’ experience in Talent Management and Business Leadership roles across industries like Professional Services, IT, Consulting, e-commerce, and Fashion Retail. Her HR domain experience comprises a mix of both line HR work viz. Total Rewards & Benefits, HR processes, Recruiting, and Employee experience with global organizations like Deloitte, Cimpress; and Consulting/ research experience with boutique advisory players like SHRM India, OD Alternatives.
She is also a certified ‘Hogan Personality Assessment’ Assessor.

Meenakshi Prasad

Meenakshi Prasad is a Consultant at IN3X. Meenakshi has over 15 years in strategy Research and Advisory, Talent Consulting and HR Leadership roles. She has expertise across Leadership Development, Talent Management, Organization Design & Development, Employee Experience and Employer Branding, Change Management, Performance Management and Compensation , Compliance, HR Automation and has worked across the sectors like Telecom, Print Media, Consulting, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Commodity Trading, E- Learning, Pharma etc. She has worked with companies like Bharti Airtel, The Indian Express, Shriram Group of Companies, Raheja Developers, to name a few.

She has done her graduation & Masters in Political science from Delhi & HP University respectively. She did her Human Resource Management studies from IMT Ghaziabad. Meenakshi is also a certified ‘Organisation Development Analyst’ from CAMI U.S.A and ‘Big Data Analyst’ from FICCI.

Sohil Hemnani

Sohil brings over 9 years of diverse HR experience in corporate and consulting, across retail, e-commerce, technology, and social sectors, working with MNCs, foundations and start-ups. He holds an MBA in Human Resources from MDI Gurgaon and a B.Tech. in Information & Communication Technology from Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of ICT.

He has worked with the Aditya Birla Group in roles across the HR spectrum of Business Partnering, Talent Management, HR Operations, Sales HR, and was last heading the Organization Effectiveness & Development function for one of the units. His corporate and consulting experience has given him a wide span of expertise on HR Strategy, Organization Design, Organization Development & Effectiveness, Workforce Planning & Budgeting, Culture & Change Management, Employee Engagement, and Talent Management. On any endeavour, he brings with him a solution orientation, sound business understanding, analytical thinking, and strong stakeholder management.

He is also a Certified Life Coach (CCA), working with individuals on life and career transformations.
Apart from consulting and coaching, Sohil is an avid foodie, traveler and writer, with interests in sports, event management and social volunteering for causes around education and livelihood.

Rashi Goel

Rashi brings with her over 8 years of professional experience in the field of HR. Her expertise lies in the areas of Talent Management, Learning & Development, Performance Management, and Organization Design. She is an alumna of Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneshwar (XIMB), and has strong exposure to Indian labor laws. She has worked with organizations across metals & mining, pharmaceuticals, retail, financial services, ed-tech, food & beverage, IT, and ITES industries. With her keen interest in mentoring young professionals and students to achieve their career goals, she has been associated with institutes as an Employability Coach.

Rashi is a National Council Leader of Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (WICCI) Corporate Communications & Advocacy. She was recently awarded the Women Achievers Award 2022 by the HR Association of India for her professional achievements.

Rashi hails from Delhi, lives in Mumbai and enjoys traveling, reading, dancing, and binge-watching.

Karishma Banaji

Karishma is based out of the Gurgaon office, with over 12 years of cross geography experience (India, APAC and Middle East), across Talent and Performance Management, Org Design, Leadership Assessment and Development, Employee Engagement and Career Management. This experience has been across multiple industries including Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services and Tourism in a variety of challenging client situations. She has worked as a consultant with Aon and over the last few years as an independent HR consultant.
She holds an MBA from MDI Gurgaon, specializing in Human Resources and is MBTI™ certified.
Karishma has strong planning, process focus and execution ability along with being able to influence critical stakeholders and mentoring people.
Outside of work she pursues her passion for music – playing the saxophone and enjoys travelling.

Varun Chaudhary

Based in the Mumbai office, Varun has over 5 years of experience in areas such as Organization Design, Performance Management and Employee Engagement. With degrees from Babson College, Boston and IMT Ghaziabad, Varun brings strong people sensing and analytic skills to the team. Prior to joining IN3X, Varun was an OD Consultant with UltraTech Cement conceptualizing and implementing organization effectiveness interventions across the firm. Outside of work, Varun is passionate about sports and cinema and has an eclectic taste in music.

Meghna Chowdhury
Meghna is based out of the Gurgaon office. In her time with IN3X she has worked across engineering, manufacturing, automotive, Information Technology and Telecom sectors amongst others. Her consulting experience spans HR policy and process design, competency based applications and assessments and talent management interventions. Educated at Jesus and Mary College and the Arts Faculty in Delhi University, Meghna has completed her Masters in Psychology, majoring in Developmental Psychology and Organizational Behavior. Prior to joining IN3X, Meghna has worked in the navigation and location based services industry as a Team Leader.

Meghna brings strong communication, project delivery and research capabilities to the table. Fond of cooking, Meghna spends her spare time experimenting with new cuisines (both consumption and creation) and plans to open a restaurant in the future.
