Ms. Mukul Rastogi brings with her over three decades of strategic and diverse experience in the domains of HR and CSR.
She has held leadership positions across Business verticals of ITC Limited. Her last assignment was as Vice President – Social Investments for ITC Limited where she led interventions pertaining to Women Empowerment, Health, Sanitation, Solid Waste Management, Education and Skilling, pan India. In this stint, she focused on enabling sustainability of interventions, drove strategic multi-stakeholder partnerships for large scale amplification and also led Research & Communication.
Mukul completed her Masters in Personnel Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai in 1989 and joined ITC Limited from Campus in the Human Resources function. She has handled a gamut of HR responsibilities ranging from Industrial Relations to Performance and Talent Management across multiple businesses of ITC Limited. Prior to moving to Social Investments function, Mukul was the Vice- President – Human Resources and a member of the Management Committee of ITC’s Lifestyle Retailing Business.
During the course of her career, Mukul has been a member of the HR Committee of Retailers Association of India, CII National Committee on Education and CII National Committee on Women Empowerment.
Mukul is also a qualified and practising Regression Therapist and in her spare time, an avid traveller.
Amit Johari is a Lead Consultant at IN3X and leads our Mumbai operations.
He has over 22 years of experience across multiple industries – Global Logistics, Data Analytics, Financial Services, Information Technology & Outsourcing and Manufacturing – right from start-up to mature phases.
A competent HR Leader, with a good combination of Global HR Leadership and HR Consulting experience, he has demonstrated his expertise in fueling organization effectiveness and delivering clear, impactful results in a wide range of business scenarios.
His strengths include HR Transformation, Organization Restructuring, Integration & Change Management, Employee Engagement, Talent & Reward Management, HR Systems & Operations, and Employee Relations.
He has been part of organizations like HUL, Oracle, Accenture, Genpact, Fractal, as well as EY People & Organization Consulting, where some of his clients included RIL, Welspun, WNS, Serco and Allcargo etc.
A B.Tech. from IIT Delhi and an MBA from XLRI, he is passionate about building robust operating models, effective organization structures, resilient and adaptive HR processes, and high-performance cultures.
Outside of work, he is an avid cinema buff as well as a foodie, with interests spanning across regions and countries.
Ankira brings with her over 10 years of experience in Talent Management and Organization Development across various industries like IT, FMCG, Insurance and Manufacturing. She has worked across global organizations like Infosys and Philips Lighting and has a strong exposure to global HR laws as well. She holds an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad, specializing in Human Resources.
Ankira has had the opportunity of being an HR Consultant and an HR Business Partner. This has strengthened her understanding of both strategy formulation and on-ground implementation, thus enabling her to generate hands-on approaches to support business objectives.
She has successfully handled large scale change interventions such as revamping of the global Performance Management process, definition & implementation of the Employer Value Proposition, and Succession Planning framework definition. Ankira brings with her strong experience in HR Analytics as well, with experience of analytics tools like Power BI.
Life beyond work for Ankira means hiking, biking and enjoying the company of friends and family.
Sohil brings over 9 years of diverse HR experience in corporate and consulting, across retail, e-commerce, technology, and social sectors, working with MNCs, foundations and start-ups. He holds an MBA in Human Resources from MDI Gurgaon and a B.Tech. in Information & Communication Technology from Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of ICT.
He has worked with the Aditya Birla Group in roles across the HR spectrum of Business Partnering, Talent Management, HR Operations, Sales HR, and was last heading the Organization Effectiveness & Development function for one of the units. His corporate and consulting experience has given him a wide span of expertise on HR Strategy, Organization Design, Organization Development & Effectiveness, Workforce Planning & Budgeting, Culture & Change Management, Employee Engagement, and Talent Management. On any endeavour, he brings with him a solution orientation, sound business understanding, analytical thinking, and strong stakeholder management.
He is also a Certified Life Coach (CCA), working with individuals on life and career transformations.
Apart from consulting and coaching, Sohil is an avid foodie, traveler and writer, with interests in sports, event management and social volunteering for causes around education and livelihood.
Mrityunjay brings with him over 7 years of experience in Organization Design, Change Management, Performance Management and Compensation. He holds an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur and a BE degree from BIT Mesra. He leverages his strong business understanding when approaching complex HR problems. Prior to IN3X, Mrityunjay worked with Asian Paints in diverse Business and Corporate HR roles, including New Business Acquisition & Integration, Learning & Development, among others. His breadth of experience also covers Govt. Consulting and the start-up space. When not working, Mrityunjay likes to immerse himself in his eclectic collection of books and movies.
Ankit Abrol has over 10 years of professional experience across Strategy Research and Advisory, Talent Consulting and HR Leadership roles. He has expertise across Leadership Development, Talent Management, Organization Development, Employee Experience and Employer Branding and has worked with marquee clients across Tech, IT/ITeS, Pharma, FMCG and BFSI. Ankit is a graduate in Economics from University of Delhi and a post graduate in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
In his earlier roles, Ankit was General Manager, L&OD and Talent Management at Swiggy, where he designed Leadership Development Journeys, Talent Management Process, Managerial Effectiveness Interventions. Prior to that, he led business development and client solutioning at Aon. He spearheaded Aon Best Employers India Study 2019 and go-to market strategy of Employee Value Proposition solution. He has also worked with Zensar Technologies, where he crafted the EVP, Competency Framework, Culture Integration Framework.
Srayasi works to create competency and psychometric assessments as a Content Specialist with Inqubex. She is an Industrial Psychologist and brings over 3 years of experience in the domains of Organization Analysis, Training and Development, Employee Wellness and Talent Management. She holds a Masters’ degree from University of Calcutta with a specialization in Organizational and Environmental Psychology.
Srayasi is attracted to the field of mental wellness & has trained as a Meditative Art Therapy practitioner under Dr Roxanne Daleo (Co-chair of the education resource committee in IEATA). She is also a trained NLP Practitioner, workforce counsellor and emotional intelligence specialist with keen interest in Transactional Analysis, Enneagram assessment and International Leadership and Organizational Behaviour.
She lives in Kolkata and life beyond work for her means listening to music, writing, reading, playing the Ukulele, exploring the city, and enjoying the company of family and friends.
Based out of Mumbai, Rati has extensive experience across domains of HR. In her 8+ years of experience, she has worked in a variety of HR roles specializing in Talent Management, Employee Life Cycle Management, Job Analysis and Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Learning & Organization Development.
She has worked with organizations like CMC (TCS), Mahindra & Mahindra (AFS), TechProcess Payment Services (Ingenico Group) and Marigold People Management Services – a start-up consulting firm. She holds a degree in Management from Narsee Monjee College, Mumbai University and a Masters degree in Industrial Psychology from SNDT University.
Outside of work she loves to eat, travel, read, listen to music, watch sports, analyze handwriting and spend time developing the younger generation.
Radhika is based out of the Gurgaon office. She brings with her broad-based HR expertise, with 10 years of Corporate Experience across Global and Indian MNCs and industries. She holds an MBA in Human Resources from SCMHRD, and a degree in Applied Psychology (Hons) from Delhi University, and is a Certified Coach (ACC). She has worked across India in various HR roles at Wipro Ltd, Pepsico India and Castrol India. Her work experience has given her a strong background in Talent Management, Business Partnering, Mentoring and Coaching. A passionate professional, she works with a focus on delivery with impact.
Outside of work, she is an avid traveler, loves dancing and calls herself an “experiencer”.
Based out of the Mumbai Office, Rupali is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across industries. In her 9+ years of experience she has worked in a gamut of HR roles specializing in Talent Management, Employee Life Cycle Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Diversity & Inclusivity. She has worked with organizations like Infosys, Tata Teleservices, HCL BPO, and AkzoNobel, among others.
She holds a degree in Economics from Delhi University and MBA degree in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS), Pune.
Outside of work she is an avid traveller, loves to watch movies and spend time with family and friends.
Karishma is based out of the Gurgaon office, with over 12 years of cross geography experience (India, APAC and Middle East), across Talent and Performance Management, Org Design, Leadership Assessment and Development, Employee Engagement and Career Management. This experience has been across multiple industries including Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services and Tourism in a variety of challenging client situations. She has worked as a consultant with Aon and over the last few years as an independent HR consultant.
She holds an MBA from MDI Gurgaon, specializing in Human Resources and is MBTI™ certified.
Karishma has strong planning, process focus and execution ability along with being able to influence critical stakeholders and mentoring people.
Outside of work she pursues her passion for music – playing the saxophone and enjoys travelling.
Based in the Mumbai office, Varun has over 5 years of experience in areas such as Organization Design, Performance Management and Employee Engagement. With degrees from Babson College, Boston and IMT Ghaziabad, Varun brings strong people sensing and analytic skills to the team. Prior to joining IN3X, Varun was an OD Consultant with UltraTech Cement conceptualizing and implementing organization effectiveness interventions across the firm. Outside of work, Varun is passionate about sports and cinema and has an eclectic taste in music.
