A leading enterprise software company was consolidating its operations in India through the acquisition of the operations and staff of a local software developer. Inqubex was asked to support the development of the reward strategy for the team coming on board. The Inqubex team worked with the Regional HR leadership to identify and understand the structure of the organization along with the key role descriptors within the organization. A compensation benchmarking exercise was carried out across comparable organizations and recommendations on positioning were presented to the client.

The Market Compensation Report, which comprised of contemporary market compensation levels and, pay mix for Senior, Middle and Junior Management levels and an overview of Statutory and Non Statutory benefits in India was presented to the client. The next phase of the assignment related to establishing the structure of the compensation keeping in mind the mix of fixed and variable pay, taxability and ease of administration of the compensation. Inqubex further supported the client with implementation of its statutory retirement benefit program.
