Based in the Mumbai office, Varun has over 5 years of experience in areas such as Organization Design, Performance Management and Employee Engagement. With degrees from Babson College, Boston and IMT Ghaziabad, Varun brings strong people sensing and analytic skills to the team. Prior to joining IN³X, Varun was an OD Consultant with UltraTech Cement conceptualizing and implementing organization effectiveness interventions across the firm. Outside of work, Varun is passionate about sports and cinema and has an eclectic taste in music.
