She has over 10 years’ experience in Talent Management and Business Leadership roles across industries like Professional Services, IT, Consulting, e-commerce, and Fashion Retail. Her HR domain experience comprises a mix of both line HR work viz. Total Rewards & Benefits, HR processes, Recruiting, and Employee experience with global organizations like Deloitte, Cimpress; and Consulting/ research experience with boutique advisory players like SHRM India, OD Alternatives.
She is also a certified ‘Hogan Personality Assessment’ Assessor.
