Meghna is based out of the Gurgaon office. In her time with IN³X she has worked across engineering, manufacturing, automotive, Information Technology and Telecom sectors amongst others. Her consulting experience spans HR policy and process design, competency based applications and assessments and talent management interventions. Educated at Jesus and Mary College and the Arts Faculty in Delhi University, Meghna has completed her Masters in Psychology, majoring in Developmental Psychology and Organizational Behavior. Prior to joining IN³X, Meghna has worked in the navigation and location based services industry as a Team Leader.
