Justin is a Partner at IN³X and brings over 13 years of professional experience in different areas of HR, such as Talent Management, Learning & Development and Change Management. Having completed his MBA from IIM Calcutta, Justin brings strong analytic, ideation and deployment skills to the team. Prior to joining IN³X Justin worked with the Corporate Learning & Organization Development team at Essar, one of India’s leading infrastructure conglomerates. Outside of his time with IN³X, Justin is an avid follower of the arts, taking a keen interest in music, painting and photography.
