At the outset, we hope all of you are keeping safe amidst the on-going Covid-19 situation. As we tell ourselves each day, this too shall pass.

However, what is also becoming clear is that life on the other side will be quite different from what we have been used to. We foresee significant disruption across sectors, leading to lasting shifts in industry dynamics, business operating models, the ask from HR, and the very conception of ‘work’.

Having observed the world (ourselves included!) grapple with the virus and its multi-layered consequences, we are putting together a series of articles on key themes emerging from the foreseeable aftermath of this pandemic (next post onwards).
