One of India’s leading business houses was looking to benchmark and modernize its HR policy framework, in an effort to become more contemporary. The Inqubex team was asked to support a benchmarking exercise.
We worked with the leadership team to identify specific comparators which they perceived as having leading edge policies. We supported this discussion by sharing our experience and helping in the identification of relevant comparators from within and outside their industry segment.
A policy benchmarking questionnaire was prepared and information sought from the participating comparator organizations. The benchmark policies and practices were then presented to the leadership and their alignment obtained on specific policy changes to be taken for implementation.
