A leading global mobile phones manufacturer was keen to map the current level of competencies for its sales team, and carry out individual development planning to help build readiness for future career growth. The Inqubex team assessed approx 45 Sales Managers and 20 Business Managers on the company’s existing global competencies through Development Centers with assessment tools designed entirely in the organizational reality and future sales roles. The program participants were provided individual reports and aggregate reports on the strengths and areas of development around the competencies were presented to the Company.

The program has been very well received by the sales team and the client is keen to establish it as a recurring process.
