A leading international media organization was keen to identify and benchmark legally compliant and best in class HR policies from companies across sectors.

The Inqubex team began by conducting interviews with the HR team to understand their business context and operations. This was followed by reviewing the client’s existing policies, drawing a list of comparators and key concern areas vis-à-vis the policies.
The next step in the assignment was drafting and validation of the HR policy benchmarking questionnaire. Once completed, the Inqubex team collected policy data from the comparators. The responses to the questionnaires were used to prepare a report identifying prevalent and best in class HR policies across the comparators. The benchmarking report also included an analysis of gaps and recommendations for the client’s existing policy framework.
