She has expertise across Leadership Development, Talent Management, Organization Design & Development, Employee Experience and Employer Branding, Change Management, Performance Management and Compensation , Compliance, HR Automation and has worked across the sectors like Telecom, Print Media, Consulting, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Commodity Trading, E- Learning, Pharma etc. She has worked with companies like Bharti Airtel, The Indian Express, Shriram Group of Companies, Raheja Developers, to name a few.

She has done her graduation & Masters in Political science from Delhi & HP University respectively. She did her Human Resource Management studies from IMT Ghaziabad. Meenakshi is also a certified ‘Organisation Development Analyst’ from CAMI U.S.A and ‘Big Data Analyst’ from FICCI.
