I brought in IN3X to design a competency framework to integrate our HR systems. The assignment was led by Nitin Dheer. His approach was refreshingly different from the typical HR firms that I have known and worked with. What really impressed me was his ability to work with business fundamentals, organizational dynamics and key stakeholder expectations quickly. Nitin built a lot of trust with the functional and business leaders that helped us in implementing the recommendations and we are now integrating them into our custom built ERP.
My experience with IN3X has brought to light a very different partnership approach that consultants can use with their clients. We were working with the global strategy firm at the overall group level for preparing a high level organizational design. However I needed a trusted partner who would work with an “Inside Out” approach, understand the internal sensitivities and cultures and help us take that design to the ground level. IN3X worked specifically with one of our business units which also needed integration across 2 separate operating units which had started separately. This implied dealing with all the challenges associated with merging different cultures, leadership styles and attitudes. IN3X’s ability to understand our real business issues, provide practical and implementable solutions was exemplary.
We worked with IN3X to develop a competency basis for integrating the HR processes at MSD India. Nitin Dheer worked with us to define functional competencies across all business functions. We were very satisfied with the high quality of the service and comprehensiveness of Nitin’s deliverables. The IN3X methodology ensured the involvement and buy-in of the functional teams at all stages which has helped us in implementing the competencies across the HR processes.
